Sending the contact form starts a conversation and nothing more. It does not create a partnership, a confidential relationship, an obligation on either side to proceed, or any right in an idea. Any work we take on together is set out in a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and any confidentiality between us is governed by an agreement we put in place, not by this site.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

• Submit information you do not have the right to share.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
• Use the site, or anything on it, in a way that infringes the rights of others.

The text, design, logos, and other material on this site belong to Fairmount Medical Innovation or to the people we license them from, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

What you send through the contact form stays yours. We use it only to respond to you. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it, and read the note there about keeping confidential material off the form.

The site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work to keep it accurate and running, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, accurate, or free of interruptions or errors.
